Some of the stories you will find are truly inspirational and really make you think anything is possible.

I often used these stories after not hitting my weekly goal, in doing so it forced me to work harder, because I knew if others can do it, I could too.

Motivational videos are often accompanied by a powerful message and inspiring music. Both of these together can have an amazing effect on your mind. These kind of videos always cheered me up when I felt like I was never going to reach my goals. It also helped me through a tough month where I lost barely any weight when I had worked hard.
